I learned the skills of cooking early in my life and it is a pleasure for me to share this special knowledge with others in so many ways. I have written 20 cookbooks.

I present cooking on television and radio and write about food for various publications. I am available as a guest speaker or Master of Ceremonies for presentations or dinners, and am also happy to endorse products of quality, e.g. food, wine, cooking equipment, kitchens, food festivals, food stores etc.

My latest cookbook, Taste Le Tour with Gabriel Gate (Hardie Grant 2010) is now out. It is a collection of 100 French provincial recipes that were featured on SBSs Taste Le Tour segments broadcast during the Tour de France over the last five years.
