                            250gms Blu gourmet pearl couscous

                            1 brown onion (finely chopped)

                            2 cubes veggie stock

                            2 cup frozen peas

                            1 teaspoon(s) curry powder

                            50mls boiling water

                            Lightly fry the onion in olive oil until translucent.
                        
 
                        - 2Add couscous and fry off for 1 minute. Add stock cube and boiling water and simmer for 6 minutes.
                        
 
                        - 3 Add the peas and curry powder cooking for a further 2 mins, Stir and serve.
