  • 250gms Blu gourmet pearl couscous
  • 1 brown onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cubes veggie stock
  • 2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon(s) curry powder
  • 50mls boiling water
  • 1 Lightly fry the onion in olive oil until translucent.
  • 2Add couscous and fry off for 1 minute. Add stock cube and boiling water and simmer for 6 minutes.
  • 3 Add the peas and curry powder cooking for a further 2 mins, Stir and serve.
